In blackjack you use from 1 to 8 decks. How much exactly depends on the number of players in each stage. The more decks the bigger the casino advantage over a player, because it is more difficult to count the cards for him. However, professionals can find a good solution even for that problem. Every deck equals 52 cards, so in case of 8 decks you have 416 cards. If you want to estimate your chances, you have to count fast. Professionals do it as follows:
