Similar to the other casino games, in blackjack a player is rather not dominated by the casino itself. However, in contrast to roulette game the strategy of a player determinates casino’s superiority or its inferiority. Playing for fun only, you are usually exposed to the casino superiority, which can amount to at least 5%, but usually takes between 7% and 8%. It means that in a long run for each 100zł stake you will get no more than 95-92 zł. However, if you apply a simplest strategy, for example NEVER BUST (a player never selects additional cards when he has more than 11 points) you can reduce the negative impact of the casino to less than 4%.

However, 4% is still quite a lot. Fortunately, there is a better solution to your problem – BASIC STRATEGY. If a player applies the basic strategy correct to the blackjack, then the casino advantage can decrease to less than 1% (depending on a casino’ rules it can be even less than 0,5%).

Card counting

Applying the basic strategy reduces the advantage of the casino to the minimum. However, it is not enough to make a blackjack source of your income. You have to count your cards in order to improve your chances for the winning!
